I saw Dr Tammy just three times but apparently it was a charm. I went to her as I was gearing up to do my 3rd round of IVF. My husband and I were trying to get pregnant for 2.5 years with no success. In my first visit she told me that I have to change my belief to start believing that I was going to have a child. I didn't realize it but apparently I believed that I would be that woman who tried and tried to get pregnant and remained childless. It was eye opening when she pointed out that I believed this as even though it was so true, I hadn't realized it before. Then she had me write on a paper over and over again before I went to bed, "I am pregnant". It seemed silly at first but with the hypnosis where she walked me through guided imagery envisioning my babies, it worked. My IVF was successful and I'm now 16 weeks pregnant.
